Don’t forget to vote on April 5 at the 2nd Closed Party Primary Election! Polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.

1st Congressional District: Parishes of Jefferson (part), Orleans (part), St. Charles (part), St. Tammany (all), Tanigpahoa (all), and Washington (all)
Only registered Republicans are eligible to vote in this election:
"Tim" Burns, Republican, Ballot # 3
"Steve" Scalise, Republican, Ballot # 5

6th Congressional District: Parishes of Ascension (part), East Baton Rouge (all), East Feliciana (all), Iberville (part), Livingston (all), Pointe Coupee (part), St. Helena (all), West Baton Rouge (all), and West Feliciana (all)
All voters (Democrat, Republican, and No Party (Independent) are eligible to vote in this election. Registered Republicans will vote for one of the two Republican candidates. Registered Democrats and No Party voters will choose among the Democratic candidates.

U. S. Representative, 6th Congressional District-Democratic Party 1 to be elected
"Don" Cazayoux, Democrat, Ballot # 9
Michael Jackson, Democrat, Ballot # 12

We are not aware of any other races to be decided on April 5th, but you can visit www.geauxvote.comto check your ballot.
