The LAWIPA Program Now has Extended Hours

 Louisiana Work Incentives Planning and Assistance Coalition, (a collaborative effort of the Advocacy Center and the Human Development Center at LSU-HSC) offers extended hours of WIPA phone support.

You can now call LAWIPA during the following hours:

Monday – Friday @ 8 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Saturday – Sunday @ 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Community Work Incentives Coordinators are available to:

- Answer questions about how work affects benefits;
- Answer questions about how work affects health care;
- Answer questions about work incentive programs;
- Discuss your employment goals;
- Explain and help you use work incentives; and
- Work with your local Social Security Office.
