Unbeliveable

Yesterday I had to drive into the city it was an awful day here it was pouring rain all day.The traffic was a nightmare and all of a sudden I saw this woman in a wheelchair trying to cross the street the traffic was bad like I said and this guy in a truck couldn't stop to let her by, he could only move forward a few inches but he didn't have enough curtosey to a person to let them by. That kind of thing sends me it always has even when I wasn't in a chair myself. Are there any human beings left on this earth.
