<p>Yesterday I had to drive into the city it was an awful day here it was pouring rain all day.The traffic was a nightmare and all of a sudden I saw this woman in a wheelchair trying to cross the street the traffic was bad like I said and this guy in a truck couldn't stop to let her by, he could only move forward a few inches but he didn't have enough curtosey to a person to let them by. That kind of thing sends me it always has even when I wasn't in a chair myself. <p>Hello Everyone,</p>
<p>This is the first time I have heard about your community, I am very excited to find a place were I can make some new friends and feel comfrontable talking about my disability. I have found at times people get scared and run away when I ay I am disabled. I have been disabled for about 5 years now. I found it very hard to except and I guess I still do in some ways, but I also know some people hae lived with disabilities there entire lives and live a very for filling life, So I am not going to let my disability hold me back I am going to go on and not have the poor me's.</p>
