My mother went through this some years ago and then my father had to go on a more protein-intense diet, so I started the protein-shake.ca recipe site so that they wouldn't have to suffer with the high sugar/low protein commercial shakes - though my kids sometimes get tired of being guinea pigs for new recipes - actually they love (most of) the shakes.

Which protein are they recommending to you? Dad is on 5 grams of the Protein Extreme twice daily. My understanding is that its the high immunoglobulin level in it that helps his intestinal tract.

The magic bullet is great for travel and mixing fast and easy shakes at home - blue berry juice and protein powder is a favorite - though a blender is helpful if you're mixing mangoes, apples and other fresh fruit or veggies.

Again - Good Luck and Seasons Greetings.

Re: Finally!!!

Good luck and all of the best to you. You should die first, start

out dead and get it out of the way........ Then you wake up in an old age home

feeling better every day. You get kicked out for being too healthy, go collect

your pension, then, when you start work, you get a gold watch on your first

day. You work 40 years until you're young enough to enjoy your retirement.

You party, you're generally promiscuous and you get ready for High School.

You go to primary school, you become a kid, you play, you have no

responsibilities, you become a baby, then, you spend your last

9 Months floating peacefully with luxuries like central heating, spa,

room service on tap, larger quarters everyday, and finally you finish off as an

orgasm.
