We&amp;nbsp;came across this vender and&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;we got&amp;nbsp;to&amp;nbsp;talking about disabillites. To find out her son has a disabillity. They live in the&amp;nbsp;county where my Dad&amp;#39;s side of the family lives. They were talking about how bad the services were for home care.&amp;nbsp;They kept talking to us&amp;nbsp;in very hot weather.
