New Nike Commercial featuring Paralympic Hopeful Rohan Murphy!

Nike has a new commercial, and it features Rohan Murphy, a congenital amputee who is a wrestler at Penn State. Murphy is currently focused on qualifying for powerlifting for the 2008 Paralympics in Beijing, China!

Murphy himself contacted me and asked if I would upload the video to Disaboom's YouTube page. The more publicity it gets, the better!

Check out the commercial below, or even get on YouTube to leave a comment on the video and show Murphy some support.

This is the 2nd Nike commerical I have heard of done about a person with a disability. The one I heard off actually has a local connection. His name is Matt Scott. He has Spina Bifida. He is a basketball player for the University Of Wisconsin-Whitewater as well as a paralympian. Wow that is cool, Meg! Thanks for sharing, that's a great commercial as well. Debbie I agree, Rohan is in incredible shape!
