Sorry, I still have found a way to respond on this site. I tried the swheels@verizon site. I couldn't find anything that said "library" or "homebased jobs or businesses". I tried the 'contact' button, but it said "Error: invalid recipient".

Please contact me if you have a way of doing that.

I am still hanging in there, by the fingernails. If anyone there has any suggestions any at all, PLEASE contact me.

TO SUSAN - I can't figure out how to work this new computer system that they have put up.

I'm sorry I haven't been able to reply to you. I've not been able to figure out the new system that they have put up on the Disaboom. For awhile it wouldn't even let me in at all. Now I can't reply to the messages. And I can't figure out how to place a resume. It just says it doesn't recognize my password. I've written to Disaboom and they just send me a canned e-mail that says I need to get out of Disaboom and log in again, because they have changed my password. For @&%^#@ how can you log on if they have changed your password? Sorry, I'm whining again!

Anyway, I got a reply to my ad on craigslist. I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS A SCAM. But they have responded to my inquiries. It sounds that they are a foreign company that does accounting/finance. I don't have any education in that, but you might. This is the contact email and phone number they sent to me: dfezatted@yahoo.com Tel. 206-666-6501. I've emailed them to get some more information, so again, I don't know anything about them.

I was in the engineering field for 36 years before I was fired. I can't even apply with the Job Service, because I am barred from doing that because of the disability, which I was forced to get. They are even threatening me that they are going to take away that tiny little bit of money from me and if that isn't enough punishment, they want me to pay back everything that they have already paid me, because I don't have the money to go to the specialists that they insist I need to go to, to continue on the disability. I just can't stop whining. YES. I do believe this society has a big problem on discrimination against the disabled. It sure looks like we are playing against a stacked deck. I guess a person has to fit in this one-size-fits-all society.

My apologies to anyone that I have offended. I'm broke and hungry and scared and in pain - please give me a break on my bad-and-getting-worse attitude, if you can.

I can't find a job. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I know this sounds like I'm whining, and I guess it is. But I don't know how to find some income.

My daughter and her husband got the internet and a phone for me a couple of months ago. I have a house that I hope that I don't want to lose. I am getting a very small disability that they are threatening to get me to pay this back, because I don't have the money to go to the doctors to reactive it.

So the problem is I don't have enough to live on. I have been through all of the government agencies in the phone book. I have tried to contact the government agencies on the internet. I have tried all of the "nonprofit" agencies that I could find. The websites that have a "contact" button, have not replied. Maybe I don't have the right line, I don't know, but the botton line is, I haven't gotten any help.

I have gone to the Vocational Rehabilitation for over a year and a half. I spent money going to schools and going to companies that they required me to go to. Now that are telling me that I don't qualify for a loan, because I don't have a job and they can't help me.

I have looked for a job that I can do at home, but most of them are phone help and I can't hear phone names or addresses. I don't mind doing any job, but I just can't think of what people will pay for. Scam after scam on the internet. Does any one have any suggestions? I am end of my wits trying some that will help. Any suggestions?

I don't have very good communications, but it is getting better. I'm loosing my disability because I don't have the money to keep it going. I would appreciated if someone could communicate with me or if you have any suggestions to help me, it also would be appreciated.

Hi,

I am new on chat rooms, so I if you have any suggestions, they are welcomed. I also have a little trouble writing still, so if you can bear with me it will be a help. I'm not sure what the disability is called. I was in the hospital and they gave me drugs that harmed my liver and kidneys. I'm still requiperating, slowly. I have been trying to find some financial help and I'm not finding any, so far. Any help finding help would be appreciated, or just comments.
