Welcome to my very first Blog!
I guess I have to talk about myself, I'm an OLD guy (66) Chock full of O.A. had bi-lateral knee surgery, back is bad and right shoulder & arm doesn't work to well. I'm getting tired of the pain (can't take NSAIDS) . Other than that and quite a few extra pounds I'm doing great !
Married Two children and two wonderful grandchildren, we TRY to stay active kyakers when its warm walk some bike a little, I do wood sculpting and getting into PSP games.
New to the site and looking for friends with similar intrests and limitations to compare notes with
