Sorry I haven't written for awhile. I wanted to say welcome to everyone I didn't have a chance to personally. I haven't exactly been high on life for a couple months. Nobody seems to want to discuss much anyway. Don't be shy. Later.

Hi, I don't have MD, but I have MS. I have a very good friend who has MD. She just found out last year in her late 60s. It took going to doctor after doctor and no one could diagnose her! Finally a doctor out of state did. If you look at her you wouldn't know she has it, but she isn't so steady on her feet all the time. She has an awesome attitude. She was going to give up playing golf because her game had gone down hill. We convinced her it was better to get out there and enjoy herself because she loves the game. To give up on her score and the tournaments, but enjoy herself. She can still get out there and that's the main thing! She has been a Hospice Volunteer and now she's training to become a Patient Advocate. She's something else! I feel blessed to call her friend. pambe

Hello, everyone also. If any one wants to talk about anything at all, e-mail me anytime. I hope to be that positive spark you may need. I am living with Beckers Muscular Dystrophy and I am also a Goodwill Ambassador for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. I will be here for anyone whom needs support, encouragement, or anything at all. Chris "cnpoho"

Hey! It's good to be here and meet new people. I'm fairly new to this site, so I've just been looking around. I have sma, by the way. If anyone has any questions or just ever wants to chat, please feel free to post on this forum or send a note. Thanks!
