AD is caused by a stimulus inside or outside the body that would normally be removed, adjusted or changed. It used to be described as a stimulus that would be considered painful or annoying, but it has been shown to occur with sexual stimulation as well. Therefore, any type of increased stimulation can lead to autonomic dysreflexia and require intervention or removal of the stimulus.

ok im like totaly lost im not the brightest because im illiterate but that right there got me completely lost im sorry matbe if you break it down alittle i could understand but its ok if you dont want to ive never heard of "ad" before sorry if i offended you asking about it

its true ive had the symptoms of ..ad.. because of an ingrown toenail usualy the symptoms are: chills ,goosebumps ,sweating,beinanxious and some of the results caN be serious stroke even death can occur if because of ..ad ..

Hi Ryan, why do you have AD? My man does due to a MVA almost 19 years ago. It ain't no fun for him!! Last time he was in the hospital the ignorant nurses just looked at him and didn't have a clue what to do for him and his bp was thru the roof and his head was about to explode!! They left the room and I grabbed a glove and helped him expel gas(to word it nicely!) and lo and behold....instant relief!! Hope you got somebody that knows what to do to help you as so many " qualified, certified " individual's in the medical field DO NOT!!!!!!! Have a great day.....
