Do you think this would decrease handicapped parking violations? (language warning)

Found this on the internet today. Do you think judicious use of this sign would decrease parking violations related to spaces reserved for persons with disabilities?

Maybe a few different variations thereof scattered around- "We suggest you try reducing your height by half," or "We suggest you donate a leg to science," or "We suggest you experience a degenerative neurological condition?"

This may have been posted here before, but I figured someone reading today can use a chuckle.
