For more than 25 years Tom has been "Rebuilding Lives with Strengh Training" .

We see new possibilities everyday ..

Here's an email we received from Nathan in Texas after he participated in our 1 week PSR Strength Training program with Tom @ Progressive Strength Recovery in Irvine CA. After Nathan's stroke he was unwilling to accept that he would not be able to return to work as a city bus driver. He had tried a number of out of pocket expense therapies and treatments available for survivors with little to no effective change. His recovery had stalled and he had a couple of months before he had to prove that he was fit for his duties or be forced to retire permanently. Against the advice of his family and friends he ran away from home and flew to California.

    He wrote:

Dear Tom & Renee I RETURNED TO WORK this week. Praise the Lord and thank you for your help and encouragement. I passed the physical and fitness tests with flying colors. Again , I could not have been able to return to driving the city bus without your help. I'am so thankful for Tom's Progressive Strength Recovery and his staff
