Going to the "Clincher" Obama Rally Tomorrow Night at the RNC Convention Site!

So behold! Another Obama rally is descending on my fair state, and of course (of course!), I'll be going tomorrow night. It'll be at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, MN; the future site of the RNC Convention this August. And the coolest part...Michelle will be in attendance too (his wife).

Oh boy is she a kickass firecracker. I just *heart* her unendingly...Today s a pretty big day for Obama supporters nationwide. He was essentially clinched the coveted nomination (44 Superdelegates away) TODAY. Yes, yes, yes! He's 44 delegates away, and Hillary is 200 delegates away. There's realistically no way for her to get the nomination. So whether you like it or not folks, Obama is going to be our man this November...so Democrats everywhere, rally behind this amazing man and help him win! He's exactly what our country needs right now. It'll be interesting to see how the Hillary supporters deal with what I imagine is a devastating loss, but I hope for the Democratic Party's sake, they'll accept Barack and not do the lame ass (and pointless thing) of writing her in. So, so dumb to do in such a critical election year.

I hope my "gimp" status scores me awesome seats tomorrow, but we shall see. If I get close, I can guarantee I'll get some great pics which I'll post later this week. Sometimes when rallies are held at such huge arenas like this though it's hard to get right by the stage. Boo. In 2004 I was abe to meet John Kerry at a rally because the gimp seats were right by the stage, but in that instance the rally was held outdoors in a parking lot (weird I know).
