This car looks sweet. It was invented by a Hungarian car company and the name (Kenguru) means Kangaroo. It's designed to make it super easy for someone in a wheelchair to just slide in and drive away.
Possible downsides: It only sits one, and while super tiny cars are fairly common in Europe, in the States I'd be afraid that I'd be crushed by the monster Suburban-driving soccer moms that seem to rule the road.

hi poindexter, ya good for a trip to the store but too small for me. plus i don't think it will rach the speed limit i like!
Just make sure you have a really tall sign that reads "suburben moms do not run me over." I think you should be ok then
Hey Tim, I think that car looks awesome. I wouldn't worry about the suburban moms. It looks small enough to just drive under them! :-)
Whoa it's so tiny...I wonder how much it costs, gas mileage, etc. It'd probably be fun to drive though :)
thanks guys, I'm hard at work building a huge sign to ward of the suburban driving moms. and even though this thing probably tops out at 50 mph, I bet it feels fast because of how low to the ground it is--almost like driving a high powered go-kart.
I walk in the streets to go shopping. And I can tell you the drivers go out of their way to avoid me.
Tim, is it true that you steer and control the speed with a joystick? If I can control everything with a joystick. Then,WOW a new product totally added to quality to my life...freedom
The Kenguru's top speed is 30 mph and it runs on batteries. Neat design, but I doubt it would be street legal in the US. 30 mph would be too slow to drive on my block, muchless to the nearest market. Maybe good for cruising around the rose gardens of your estate. Yes, honey, it's joystick controlled.
I'm happy with our Scion Xb, about as small as we can currently go and 30 mpg.(see my review)
