Santa are you out there ? I need your help, please, PLEASE I'm desperate. I beg you.

DEAR SANTA, Santa, I have an urgent Christmas Wish. More of a prayer, truly, as I know God does use people to perform miracles here on earth, and I desperately need a miracle. My request concerns my health, and whether I'll keep what little is left of it much longer. It will ultimately be in your hands SANTA, for only God and possibly you, hold the power to alter my life for the better. Will you ? Only God and you will know that answer, IF, my letter would or could only touch your heart to help me. I hate having to beg, but I'm reduced to it, out of need. I have numerous medical problems (diseases) Rheumatoid Arthritis, as well as three eye diseases starting with scleritis, sclera-mylacia, and uveitis, as well as having osteoporosis (fragile bones), osteopenia (holes in my bones,)osteonecrosis (also called avascular necrosis which is (dead bone) from steroids, both injection form and oral forms. I am in need of numerous joint replacement surgeries, both hips, right knee, possibly left,left ankle, major back surgery to my entire spine to include my neck. I am presently enduring the added pain of two thoracic vertebra which have ruptured whereby it is costing me dearly in pain to write this, so I'm hoping you won't toss this thinking it's some prank, BECAUSE IT ISN'T. I just underwent lumbar surgery in May or else I'd have lost the use of both my leg's permanently. I have high blood pressure as well. I am a wheelchair user, but can walk some, though very risky, with my walker. I live alone and have no one to depend on for any help. My van is a 1994 Ford Aero Star with 203,000 thousand miles on it, rusted out down both sides, which has a number three hitch for my electric wheelchair transport lift on it's back end. It has major mechanical problems, needing rotors replaced on the front end, brakes on the back, the back rotors need rotating, two freeze plugs are leaking (this they said is what keeps the motor cool). I spent all the money I had 650 which was money from home damage during the hurricane, and they wanted another 900 something which I don't have. They led me to believe that what was being done would make it safe to drive. Had they told me up front it wouldn't, I'd have saved the money rather than throw it down the drain. It appears to be in worse shape after having had it worked on, than it was before. It was a pure waste and rip off in my view. Possibly someone reading this can relate.I'm forced to drive a death wagon. They told me not to drive out of town, but when my next doctor's appointment comes up next month I will be forced to do so, as I have no choice. It's either risk my life to obtain my medicines or die not having medical care. The lights on the dash flicker off and on again, mostly off, so I try not to get out at night to do my once per month grocery shopping. Other than my doctor's and the occasional grocery store trip I am homebound due to my severe additional pain I must endure with my chronic pain. I have already spent 4 yrs as a prisoner of my home in the past, being without a car, but I had the occasional use of my daughters van, which she no longer has now. I didn't have a wheelchair back then. I had been donated the van I now have, back in 2001 which broke me out of the prison I was forced to live. I can't nor will I, go back to that again. I will lose my doctor's if I can't reach them as they are all out of town, even my family doctor as I am on special medications which I must personally pick up prescriptions once per month from my doctor. If anyone which reads this urgent plea, wishes to know the full story I'll be glad to explain further. It is imperative to maintain my independence or else I will die for lack of medical care. I plead with anyone for help. My life has been an open book since I became totally disabled in 1985, and have nothing to hide, and I can prove all I'm saying with my medical records which I have here at my home. I just obtained my Rheumatoid Arthritis blood work report and my RA titer was 2560 when 10 and below is within normal range, mine is off the charts, this can kill you. I've had a cough for 2 months, but my out of town rheumatologist wants me to come to his office before he'd put me back on the chemo drug which helps with the inflammation, only I can't possibly get there. I need help and have absolutely no one to turn to. I realize there is not much hope here or a prayer of a chance that someone would or could show such understanding or compassion to award me such a gift of love, but I'm literally pleading for my life. Please will someone help me ? I would be eternally grateful. I'm tired of surviving what others have done to my body. Santa, God this is s plea, I've just got to have miracle this year, I can't continue surviving without a vehicle. I have no means nor will I ever have the means to buy one, new or used.I had to go back on chemo therpay yesterday because I'm not doing well. How will I ever get ot my doctor's now? Going to be evicted and lose my home of 30 yrs.

I wish I could escape my life too, but that's not going to happen. I'm broken. Totally disabled and a wheelchair user and very ill on top of it all. JP MORGAN CHASE screwed me when I refinanced with them. Since, I couldn't find my previous banks loan papers since being disabled and physically unable to bend and stand for long to attempt finding them and having been with my other bank for years, I was unable to hunt through and find my other papers. The loan officer, when asked, what my previous banks interest rate was, LIED and said it was 8 1/2 percent, when I just recently found out it was 5.65 percent. They put me at 10.766 percent more than double, all because my own daugher ruined my credit after I helped her out by co-signing a car loan for her. She stiffed me, so when I refinanced I had to pay the 7,000 still owed on her car or they wouldn't give me any money. My reason for refinancing was to fix my home for my disability lifestyle, course that didn't happen, due to not getting enough money. Had the loan officer told me the truth I nor anyone in their right mind would have signed those loan papers knowing it was more than double the interest.
PVA came to my home the latter part of 2007 to do a re-accessment of the house and dropped the value and the taxes due to it's condition from 65,000 they first thought it worth. It's now only worth 34,900. I had applied for a grant through my state of KY to replace a bathroom window, they tore up my bathroom, then they contracted with someone which was suppose to be a contractor which totally destroyed it, broke my vanity, didn't ever put a window in, didn't rehook my shower up, where I'm forced to use a mug to pour water over myself to bath, while sitting on my disability shower bench, didn't bolt the commode back to the floor, so it's dangerous for me to sit on it, my security bar wasn't put back to hold onto because there is no wall to put it on. The walls never replaced having no door to have privacy. Drove a big truck onto my lawn while I was gone to get x-rays, breaking my clay pipelines to my house. C & T Windows in Owensboro KY, for goodness sakes don't call these idiots to do any job for you. They had no license to do electrical work, but they did, they had no plumbing license, but they did that too, and weren't suppose to even bother with any of that, but they did, all while I was gone and then left me this way. I'm in pain trying to bath, bending forward with a back injury, neck surgery with metal in my neck to stablize it, and Rheumatoid arthritis, my kidnies are messed up, my live is also.
I contacted the Pres. CEO of JP MORGAN CHASE Mr. Jamie Dimon, which makes around 54 Million a year, about his banks scam job on the loan having two separate interest rate papers, geez, which one do they charge. Both with the same loan number on them, same date of loan, and my signature. Must have slipped that in all the papers one signs there life away with them on, for a house mortgage. Since I still am suppose to pay another 13 yrs. to his bank, and I've already paid nearly 41,000 since 2001, I won't pay anymore due to their screwing me over, the home not being worth that, but I have no where else to go. I've searched for a wheelchair excessible apartment but there are none to be had and those which aren't are out of my income bracket. So they are going to evict me come June. So, unless someone out there can help me, I suppose I'll become homeless or be checking out of my home of 30 yrs. How's it feel to be the PRES AND CEO of a bank which deliberatly preys on people Mr. Dimon ? I bet you sleep darn well at night, knowing you've done this to me. You were bank Pres when it was still called Bank One, so you had to have known, and even when I brought this to your attention you've done nothing. You have the power to write my loan off, to do the just and moral thing, but yet you won't. Am I to be thrown out of my home. I'm ill and disabled on top of it all, needing 6 possibly 7 surgeries but you don't care about people, you just care about your millions. It would be a spit in the bucket to write off my loan for your banks wrong doing. I'd be a fool to pay anymore of the loan since this place has fallen apart. I have no money to fix it, and it's not worth what's owed as the damage just on the inside estimate is 16,000. I'm not going back to begging Churches for food or help with my utility bills, I'm NOT. You've made my life the past 7 yrs. pure hell on earth. So, you're going to kill me off ? Why won't you help me ? You're going to have to put at least 30 thousand in this place to even be able to put it on the market. You have a commode which is backing up in the tub, a tub which is backing up into the commode, which confirms the darn plumbing has been damaged, yet still you won't do the RIGHT thing ! You have a commode which is backing up in the tub, and vice versa.

Circuit Judge refuses assistance to HEARING IMPAIRED person in providing assistance so she knows what is taking place in Court where she Represented herself, denied Constitutional Rights and a Supreme Court ADA Law NEED AN ATTORNEY HELP !

A Circuit Court Judge refused to abide by a Supreme Court Law/Order, relating to the ADA, whereby it's to provide a hearing impaired persons a certified Hearing specialist, to either provide sign language, someone to type what is being said, etc., so the hearing impaired person can read what's being said in a Court proceeding, this was the service I needed and requested for the second hearing, but was denied. When I asked the Judge and the Attorney for the Defendant ,to please repeat what they'd said, informing them I was/am hearing impaired, and wear dual aids which were turned up to there highest level, yet I still could not hear what had been said. This Judge stopped and turned to me with a courtroom full of approximately 100 or more person's, he burst out laughing at me, which embarrassed me, humiliated me and shocked me to the point I could not represent myself against the party which caused physical harm and nearly my life. He had ignored all my Motions for full disclosure, denied me my rights under the Constitution and the basic Civil Rights one is suppose to have in America. I filed a Complaint with the U S Dept of Justice. He has hired an attorney and we go for our first Hearing on March 3, 2008. I am seeking an attorney to represent me as I wish to file a lawsuit against this Judge for having prevented me all my rights under the law and costing me the case. I had been litigating this case since 2002 through no wishes of my own, however I cannot get into all the issues. A numerous amount of unlawful things had been done against me, including his breaking a lot of the Canons which are ethical issues as Judge is to adhere to, but this one didn't. I have my records in a 3 ring binder notebooks, all in chronological order and all the proof an attorney would need of the harassments, among other things. When he was notified by the KY Commission of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing he flatly refused. When my case was the second on his court docket, he made me sit through ALL his cases for the day, knowing before hand in my previous Motion's, that it would cause me severe and additional pain to sit in the court for long periods of time. This was his way of punishing me for having contacted this entity. He cleared the courtroom so there would not be any witnesses for what he did to me at the Hearing to which he refused me hearing impairment assistance. He had me park my wheelchair in front of his bench, dismissed the bailiff and hammered me about my hearing impairment, his anger was notable. He made fun of the Hearing Impaired as well as the Blind organizations. I have proof of this. I received a call from our Governor, Gov. Beshears' Office yesterday, of which I can happily inform you, he has someone looking into my situation. I can only hope for the rest of you, this recently opened door will help you as well. I will certainly as has been the case during my entire trials and tribulation, thought and spoken up on your behalf as well. We need a voice and just as important, we need someone which is willing to lend up their ear in order to put an immediate stop to these worker compensation insurance companies abusing us neglecting our medical needs as prescribed by our physicians as well as their frevilous reopenings of our cases ,just for the purpose and for no other reason, but to leave us in pain, and without the medical care they were ORDERED by the Court to give us. Also, to address the atrocities we have endured and continue to endure by their hands as well as our past employers.

The following was copied off of United Parcel Services own web site, which confirms by their own ( Mission ) statement how much they contribute to the community, that including some of the disabled community whereas they pat their own backs for their contribution to different organizations,.

TO ALL KENTUCKIANS, February 14, 2008

This is an UPDATE to what happened February 14, 2008, during a 4 way phone hearing which consisted of

Dr. Stump, ALJ Richard Joiner, Christopher Newell one of the attorney's on this Reopening under Medical Fee Dispute representing,United Parcel Service and its insurance carrier, Liberty Mutual Ins., and myself of course.

Nothing was resolved, it's been put off for yet another 3 months as the judge has obligations in the eastern part of the Commonwealth/State, so there will be yet another hearing sometime in May of 2008. Possibly before two years has expired, they'll resolve a case (this one) which shouldn't have according to work comp law's been reopened to begin with. But, as the case has been all along, the Movant's/Defendant's get what they want, which is to continue my physical now mental anguish and stress as well as physical pain.

Now I'm to recopy what files I've already supplied both the Court AND the attorney's Dietz and Newell at my expense to do their jobs for them because they can't look it up out of the files they were already provided back in October or November of 2006. More stress and strain on me of COURSE.

This judge made note of the animosity I have towards the Movant Defendant's, well who the hell wouldn't if the table was turned and THEY sat here needing 5 surgeries and the medical equipment ones doctor's have advocated for YEARS, YEARS, people.

Will any of you scream out at this injustice being done to me. Keep in mind this could also be you one day, should you EVER get injured on the job. You'll be alone like I am, facing off with high paid legal vultures.

They've as of today, the first I've ever heard of such a thing which is where, United Parcel Service and their ins. carrier Liberty Mutual Ins. has proposed to set aside money to pay for a supplement insurance plan to go with my existing Medicare plan. I obtained since my disability benefit's were WON in 1989 retro active to 1985 when I became totally disabled both physically and occupationally so they can be done with me. WHY would I consent to do this when they are clearly according to the laws, responsible for my medical needs for the remainder of my life so long as I am rendered disabled which unfortunately for me, I shall be forever.

This attorney Newell also told me I didn't have permission to tape record the conference, well folks I am on my own out here, doing this totally by myself, and this isnot a real judge of the justice system and there is no law which I have found in 7 yrs. of studying the work comp laws of KY which forbid it. You unfortunately may find out for yourselves learning these law's, IF YOU BECOME disabled from a job related injury and find yourself in my boat. I've repeatedly asked the Court and these attorney's, to back them up with a law stating such but of course they've not done so. Therefore, I WILL continue taping, as this entire record whether I survive all this or not, will be sent to a media source, which already has a lot of the file. Since this preceding is about MY LIFE and my head is on the butcher block so to speak and I'm forced to represent myself, I will continue doing so, not only for the record, but for memories sake on what's been done to me and/or being said. They got caught with their pants down in the last hearing for doing things which to put it bluntly breaking the laws themselves. Of course they don't want to be taped. If they were above board and honest, or had a shred of integrity, why would they care whether it's taped or not ?

NO POLITICIAN cares about our plight, no so CALLED UNION not even MY OWN Teamsters Local 89 based in Louisville KY. They don't even care what's going on nor do they care to help, or even fund my campaign across Kentucky in order to help ME or in order to change the laws for all of YOU, as well as members non union as well ! What has happened in our State that no one with the clout wants to change things, steps up to the plate to right the injustice. You and they are just as guilty as those doing this to me at present, if you don't extend a helping hand to help not only me but yourselves. They, have kept you and me in pain without the medical care we were awarded in our settlement ORDERS. I sit here needing 5 surgeries they've put off for YEARS, as well as the apparatus and medical supplies I've needed, due there abuse and neglect and certainly their lack of concern, or caring for other human beings, may God have mercy on their souls.

The people thus far which I've contacted and have not helped stop the abuse and medical neglect appear to be lacking any moral fiber to do what is just and right.

To my misfortune I became disabled both physically and occupationally in 1985 due to two separate work related injuries, one to my left ankle and the other to my low back. I've been homebound for all intended purposes for the past 7 yrs. other than getting to my doctor and the grocery store. I pay dearly for that with additional pain in doing so.

My former self insured employer, United Parcel Service ironically prides itself with contributing to the disabled community, however it condones it's own abuse and neglect by it's representative insurance company, Liberty Mutual Ins. and it's non compliance to the KY work/comp law's through their arrogant and blatant disregard of their Orders to take care of the injured employee's.

They had 30 days to furnish me a wheelchair, back when my first prescription by my orthopedic had been written in 1986, along with a prescription for my need for aqua-cise (warm water swimming) which was/is, my only means of exercise, in order to maintain my health and thwart muscle atrophy. Their years of ignoring and contributing to medical neglect and abuse has in fact, brought on this very thing.

Our attorney's no longer represent us, when issues arise AFTER, they've won us our benefits. We are at the mercy of the Insurance cartels in their abiding to they're Orders, yet don't, they simply ignore and dismiss them.

16 yrs. my doctor periodically sent letter's begging Liberty Mutual to reconsider, as well as to view me as a person, and not, just a number on a page, to treat people with dignity and respect, something all people deserve. These of course fell on deaf ears and blind eye's. My doctor nor I knew what more to do. I spent 4 years of those 16 years trapped in my home, a prisoner, contemplating suicide on a regular basis, because I was not only in pain, but being forced to endure further destruction of my left ankle which had no cartilage, forced by them to continue walking on an injured ankle. It was either die or find a way to fight the injustice. It is medically documented that having done so, has destroyed my right knee, as I was forced to shift my weight to my right side while standing, totally depending on it to get up and to sit down, this cause a meniscus tear where it to must be totally replaced.

The only course of treatment was pain medications and steroid injections or the oral form thereof. 26 yrs of that has now destroyed both my hip joints, they now also must be totally replaced. I found out to late for myself, but that just 3 months of steroid use can destroy your bones. It's called Osteonecrosis, DEAD BONE. It effects all major bone joints. I've not had my shoulder joints x-rayed as yet, but I was told it has probably destroyed all of them now. They forced me to use my leg's and rely on my right side destroying my right knee and causing a meniscus tear, the dead bone is there now as well. Just further destruction. The left ankle needed replacing years ago, however medical technology hadn't come up with anything which lasted when my injury occurred. As for my back injury, the only alternative for it, since no surgery would alleviate my pain, numerous doctor's, recommended a back implant. This device stops the back pain only, by connecting wires to the spinal nerves, thus stopping the pain message from reaching the brain. United Parcel Service and Liberty Mutual refused this as well. Now I can't sit up for any length of time without enduring additional pain. I do however have a tens unit which is a neuro muscular stimulator, to put it simply it sends electrical shock waves to your muscles in order to tire them out thus helping with the muscle spasms. This would allow me to at least bend without having to go to the emergency room, for more steroid shots.

I will not further subject myself to anymore steroids in any form for any reason, ever again.

My leg muscles have weakened and atrophied all because of United Parcel Service and their insurance carrier Liberty Mutual Ins. deliberate abuse and medical neglect by their disobeying their ORDERS.

We injured workers in Kentucky and I say we, because I have a letter from the now ex-Head of the Dept. of Workers Claims, Mr. Emrick, stating they receive 12 calls per day throughout the year, from injured workers crying out for and needing help, due to the insurance carriers not caring for them. He also stated this was a low estimate of calls. Do you suppose ? That relates to 3,120 people across Kentucky.

We injured workers must actually train ourselves in the laws of work comp as best we can forced to face off with high paid attorney's, in order to FIGHT TO SURVIVE, fight mind you for what we've already WON. This is ludicrous and shear madness in and of itself.

Mainstream media will not cover this story, as they apparently don't think it's an important enough issue to bring to the public eye, this is why I have brought it to this site as well as it's being on YouTube shortly, in order to save my life and gather the masses of injured workers to RALLY together to confront the injustice being done to us . I've sent emails to all radio stations in this Commonwealth, newspapers, television stations even other than the main ones. I've sent hundreds of emails to all of our 100 State Representatives, 38 Senators, Congressmen and even our now ex-Governor Fletcher. I've spoken with Sen. David Boswell which stated they won't get away with what they're doing to me, yet I see no one stepping up to the plate so to speak, to help me, or the thousands of others. I've also spoken with my State Rep. Jim Glenn, again no help. Who are we to call out to ? We only have each other. Do you want your voice, to be heard. Then contact me.

KY law forbids (as I'm told), attorney's from being paid on a Reopening under Medical Fee Dispute. This is where the insurance companies can dispute whatever your doctor has ordered or prescribed for your care relating to your work injury. Attorney's can only be paid when a case is first initiated and taken on a contingency fee basis, this is when they get paid at the end of the case. However, the Insurance Companies only have 30 days, to yea or nay whatever that care, device, prescription, etc, or else THEY MUST, according to law, Reopen to debate and the burden of proof lies on them.

I was anonymously sent some of the work comp laws governing re-openings by someone

at the KY Dept. of Workers Claims. I studied those laws for about a year and successfully and single handedly reopened my own case in 2001 to fight for the wheelchair, an electric lift to transport it on my vehicle, something I've needed since 1985, as well as a van. I WON in 2002, both the wheelchair and the wheelchair transport lift. I was denied the van for the mere fact that the Board had no previous case to give such an award. Ridiculous on hindsight, since there must always be a first case. I wasn't versed in the laws as well back then, as I later found, I could have appealed that decision to the Court of Appeals, and on to the Supreme Court if need be.

The Board however, could and should have rendered what's called a Default Judgment since United Parcel Service and Liberty Mutual Ins. hadn't filed anything within the 30 days statute of limitations time ran out, when they denied my prescription. But, I didn't know enough about the law to ask for that back then. This has been a learn as you go folks. So, I hope this message teaches others out there how you can fight back, and hopefully win too. But, be aware that the insurance company as well as the Dept. of Workers Claims will hold contempt toward you for doing so. Just a WARNING !They have misguided me, given me wrong information, both the attorney's on staff as well as some of the work comp specialists, which are trained to help us. In spite of my not knowing all the laws back then, the Board itself could and should have placed sanctions on United Parcel Service and Liberty Mutual Ins. for their bad faith actions and deliberate abuses and medical neglect, but they didn't. They protect them, that is clear and an evidential FACT.

We're out here on our own folks, with no one to rely on but our own tenacity and each other. You don't have to be, join with me, rally with me, let's get some answers together. Let's go to Frankfort and ask our politicians WHY ? Why does the KY Dept. of Workers Claims allow these abuses and medical neglect to continue. It appears they get financial kick backs from the insurance carriers. Where's OUR help, where's our trustworthy reliable sources and our guidance ? They are suppose to help ALL including the attorney's which fight us to keep us down and out, kicking us literally in our teeth when we're already on the ground !

Flashing forward to what is being done to me now as well as the other thousands.

Numerous prescriptions had been sent to Liberty Mutual Ins. for my continued care, again aqua-cise which is warm water swimming, back implant, a gueen size tempur pedic bed which works like a hospital bed with heat/massage and stamped with the approval seal of the Arthritis Foundation. I have not been able to sleep in a regular bed for many years, and have had to sleep on a waterbed due to my back injury and the osteoarthritis brought on by that injury sustained at work. I can't use my left ankle to bear all my weight in the attempt to get out of my bed, nor can I any longer rely on my right side and knee as well as my right hip to get out of bed on that side of my body either. Then there still is, all the joint replacement issues on top of it all. United Parcel Service and Liberty Mutual Ins. again denied everything simply by ignoring it all, as has been their practice to do. Also, past the 30 day statutory time frame to do so. This forfeits and waves their right to reopen, to litigate why they shouldn't pay for the necessary medical treatment, equipment or whatever had been prescribed.

The Chief Administrative Law Judge Sheila Lowther, which held this position when I reopened my case in 2001, of whom, I had her decision overturned/overruled which apparently and evidently upset her, that this lay person, which has no legal training won her case. She is still the hierarchy in that position, and who has single handedly allowed this illegal reopening, for no other reason, in my view, but to pass out a little vindictiveness, on her part towards me, from the past. The other reopening case went through the proper protocol of the Board's decision. Not the case this time around, it was her decision alone. I have no doubt my name rang a bell.

The KY Dept. Of Workers Claims isn't even abiding by the laws themselves. So, how is it we injured workers have help from a Dept. which is there to help all, even those which can afford the expensive law firms ? It's a system designed to help the insurance companies line their pockets and that's it. I can't help but wonder what the monetary value totals up to, in their kick back, don't you ?

When my case was filed in 1985, those are the laws to which they are to abide by, yet don't. They must apply the laws written and unchanged from 1980 through 1987. That Kentucky Revised Statute called KRS 342.125 states verbatim,

and I quote: Review by Board of Award or Order:

(1) Upon its own motion or upon the application of any party interested and a showing of change of conditions, mistake or fraud or newly discovered evidence, the board may at any time review any award or order. Unquote.

NONE of these reason's were used nor applicable to this cases reopening, and the case not only shouldn't have been reopened, United Parcel Service and Liberty Mutual Ins., forfeited their right to do so according to the statutory time limit of 30 days.

Besides my dealing with this clear and unlawful reopening and the ignoring of the law's by the KY Dept. of Workers Claims, the attorney's for United Parcel Service and Liberty Mutual Ins. with myself being the only one abiding by the law's of work/comp, I am dealt a self professed prejudiced Administrative Law Judge attesting to such in a taped phone Hearing held July 2, 2007, whereupon he states he'll only be viewing the evidence submitted by the attorney for United Parcel Service and Liberty Mutual Ins. When I asked, what about my evidence ? He replied, send it to me. I then responded with, your Honor, I sent it October or November of 2006. (this was 9 months later, mind you). I said, I don't suppose the Court has had the time to review that, he said, no. I then asked him, " How then can you shortly render any Order pertaining to this case if you haven't ?" He made no response. In fact the attorney jumps in and asked, " What did she say?" Then the Judge, recants all that I had said and still made no remark to my question. I'm simply ignored.

For informational purposes, those of you out there, which are governed by work/comp, know that these are NOT real judges of the legal justice system, they are appointed to deal with these cases through the Governor's office. Kind of misleading don't you agree ? For the purpose none other than for them to obtain the instantaneous respect given them. I have my doubts as to whether he even has a license as an attorney. There is a scheduled phone hearing slated February 14th. The update to that, is at the end of this notice/blog. You won't believe what happened then.

So, now it's come to United Parcel Service and Liberty Mutual Ins. coming into my home and taking my lift chair, which helps me to stand up and sit down, my electric wheelchair, stop all my medical benefit's, which would include the medications I've been on for approximately 26 years. The only thing which has held my pain at a bearable level, though getting more difficult. This Judge is electing himself as my doctor, more knowledgeable than my doctor's, by his admitted self proclamation in determining, whether United Parcel Service and Liberty Mutual Ins. will be held accountable to pay for my disabilities, something mind you I've already had an attorney which fought for all this and won, holding them both responsible for the remainder of my life, as every doctor has written letter's attesting to the medical necessity for lifetime. That issue was never even brought before him to begin with, but he brought that up in the hearing of July 2, 07, just adding issues, as he wants.

I am against a fence, between a rock and a hard place people, I don't wish to die, however, if the gavel comes down and the verdict is handed out, illegally mind you, as this is a farce, a mockery of the system of work comp, then I won't survive their devious, planned design, and plot to kill me off. I've cried out to the land, screamed here and there, turned over every stone in Kentucky, seeking help and there is NONE to be had. We ONLY HAVE EACH OTHER TO RELY ON FOR OUR VOICE TO BE HEARD. HELP ME TO SEND A CLEAR MESSAGE TO OUR POLITICIANS TO STOP THE ABUSE AND MEDICAL NEGLECT. TO SANCTION THESE COMPANIES WHICH PRACTICE THESE ABUSES AND PUT A STOP SIGN, IN FRONT OF THEIR FACES. I'm only one voice of the estimated 3,120 thousand others in KY, and that was said to be an inaccurate and low estimate. Do you figure ? I mean if you've been treated as I have been, do you think we can take their word, on that being an actual fact of truth. I think NOT.

Maybe IF YOU, call them, and certainly make contact with me, we can do something together, the more heads together the better, is what I've always believed. I have filed all the proper Motions and Orders etc. such as Full Disclosure, Default Judgment, Judge Recusal which is where he's to step down off this case, all denied or ignored.

Liberty Mutual Ins. Co. in Indianapolis IN 317-582-1700 and 1-800-752-5832 ext. 463 which is my appointed ins. representative who threatened me Carmelo Deogracias this place and it's representative named here signed a sworn affidavit that I had retrieved his private unlisted home number when all one must do is call information. He deliberately set it up that I was not to receive my monthly medications unless their third party Progressive Medical which pays for the medicines was informed by Carmelo Deogracias to contacted HIM personally FIRST and prior to my getting my medications from my pharmacy, this causing a life and death situation and he darn well knew it. Sure I called the jerks home, he caused an unnecessary problem. Then this idiot states he's afraid of me. I can't stand for too long, can't keep my balance, certainly can't drive the distance to his home and in a wheelchair to boot. Maybe he thinks I have special powers or something LOL LOL, or I have a rocket booster on my wheelchair to run him over with or something and then hurry to get away. What an absolute idiot. But, then he provokes people to anger and causes them misery. I suppose his past haunts him for what he does and how he treats people. However, I doubt this greatly, as he's inhuman and has no conscience other than if something were to effect him. I think psychologists say people like him have schizophrenics/psychopathic type personalities. It fits him to the tee. He didn't bother informing me, of this, when he left for the weekend and I found out at the last minute. He's a liar as are their insurance attorney's. Both of them signed a pack of lies. Which their accusations were dismissed by the way. But, all the same they both should have been fined, and as for the attorney, he should be disbarred. I'll look into a complaint on that later. These are the fifth and sixth monkey's on my back and quite frankly I'm tired of carrying them as I'm certain you are as well, with your own trouble with your insurance carriers.
