Four years ago, National Stroke Association set out to address stroke recovery and rehabilitation issues facing survivors and caregivers by creating an educational symposia series called HOPE After Stroke.
Many successful and sold-out meetings later, National Stroke Association is again hosting several one-day programs this fall across the U.S. for survivors and caregivers to learn better ways to control how they care, think and advocate for themselves. Meeting FormatContent will be presented during the one-day meetings from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. by a combination of national and local stroke experts who encourage survivors and caregivers to network, interact and discuss their personal stories.
