    Eye Exercises

by Thomas A. Wilson, OD, FCOVD

    Exercise #1 Smooth Pursuits:

This exercise will help to enhance a patient’s smooth eye movements. It can be modified by moving the paper in circles or figure eights. Simply start at the number on the left hand side and follow the line to the right hand letter. Then start at the left hand number and quickly move to the upper right hand letter. Proceed down the paper left to right as quickly as possible.
