Disability Benefits and Programs
Disability benefits are those federally-mandated financial, medical, educational, and vocational supports intended to help people with disabilities have the best opportunity for creating an independent and rewarding life. Although disability programs such as SSI/SSDI, vocational rehabilitation, and the ticket-to-work program are national programs, you'll be working with your local provider to take advantage of these benefits.
