  • Is your April 3 case a private civil suit regarding ADA violations?  When I filed an ADA complaint with the US Dept of Justice, I did not need a lawyer.  Are you looking for case law concerning the ADA?  or what?

    No... as a matter of fact, it is not a orivate civil suit, I am going against the whole state of Iowa. the court date has been moved to the 16th of June.  You are loved with an everlasting love, and underneith are the everlasting arms.

  • Hello,

     

    Even if you are going against the whole state of Iowa, that would still be considered a private lawsuit.  I would recommend contacting the Iowa Statewide Independent Living Council. www.iowasilc.org

     

    From there you will be able to find the center that is closest to you.  They perhaps will have a list of attorneys that are familiar with handling disability discrimination.
