  • A new store opened in my town. My town is a small town. At new store, they don't any accessible parking yet. I think that they will put accessible parking later on. Should I  complain to the store or not?

  • I'm pretty sure that the store has to be fully accessible for parking if it is a big store with more than fifty spots. There has to be one spot for every fifty spots. it has to be no more than one hundred feet from the entrance, and clearly marked. Check to make sure that the stores other parking is finished and they just did not put up signs for disabled parking. Not all places put sign up, but the spot has to be marked. If this is a chain yes complain if it is a small business just nudge the manager first make sure you have a valid complaint.

  • I would ask them next time you are in there.  They might have forgot or are just late on getting the signs.
