    • I'm reading the messages people have posted from the threads and such and in my inbox they are coming in double. It's the same message and response just getting it twice.  That has been going on for about two days. Does anyone know how to get that to stop or changed?  Thank you!

    • Kara thanks your so good to me.Smile It's not a BIG deal just didn't know if it was me or anyone else having the same problem. I just get to use my delete button twice as much.

    • Shelley -- Thanks for posting information about this problem so we can stay on top of issues as they arise.

       

      Well, there was definitely something funky happening with the Subscription Notification system from 03/06 to 03/10 but it seems to be fixed now.  Or maybe it's an intermittent thing that comes and goes...

       

      I've tested two posts this morning and have only received one automated e-mail notification for each one (as it's supposed to be).  But for a couple of days I was receiving duplicate notifications of some posts (not all) so it was definitely a problem.

       

      Since I'm not able to duplicate the problem, I'm not going to submit a trouble ticket to development at this time.  But let's all keep an eye on this and report any problems here in the Feedback forum.

    • I got that again yesterday but so far not this morning.  Just use your delete button twice as much. I feel silly for even bringing it up, it's such a minor thing to just think of using delete.

    • To whom it may concern...........I'm real new at this internet business......I think I did something , inadvertantly.....as far as notification about certain subjects, to which I usually reply. Yersterday, my inbox said I had over 120 messages because I must have done something on the computer that said I was interested in all responses to certain subjects. I read most all the posts listed in disaboom......with great interest but REALLY don't want over 100 inbox messages on a daily basis. Now I noticed that at the bottom of the page....there are two suggestions as to how to reverse this. For the life of me.....I can't find either one. Can you guy's fix this ????? If not......please tell me.....step by step.....what to do. On NO PAGE that I can find......does it give me a chance to UNSUBSCRIBE to ANYTHING !!! PLEASE HELP ME !!! I LOVE the site !!     • Hi guys....Sorry to keep giving you my rather minor problems but another one has cropped up that I can't seem to deal with. Customer service keeps trying to contact me and I don't know why my password isn't working....but it isn't.....so I keep getting these notifications { daily }.......and they don't get through because it won't recognize my password. I'm hoping maybe you'll just stop trying to notify me.....or do it another way....regular e-mail or something. I AM rather new at this.......thanks.......peace and love.....Norma
