    • Liesl:

Does anyone know why TomWeiss deleted all of his posts?

Dunno really, but I think I remember he had some weird ideas about censorship, and FBI-like access barricades for Disaboom.

    • I can totally relate about some of these doctors!

I could write you pages about what has happened in the past month alone. From being overmedicated to misdiagnosed.....it's frustrating and scary.I'm supposed to trust these people with my life, not be afraid that they're going to cheat me or hurt me.

Understand that I was recently at a small branch of one of the top rated well-known clinics here in the U.S. I kept going to Dr.A(my primary) with major complaints. He would tell me "It's just a pulled muscle" or "That's perfectly normal." After getting told this numerous times I figured something *may* have been up. It wasn't until AFTER I had an emergency and was hospitalized that he finally sent me to a specialist for follow up care!

Thankfully, the specialist was very sympathetic and knowlegeable. He then refered me to many other specialists in the same reputable clinic who could help and were kind.I have now switched to a primary at that branch of the clinic. How things go with her will be another chapter of the ongoing saga......

That's the short story. I'll spare you the headaches of listening to all the agonizing details. Don't get me started on my insurance!
