Hi Nadi, glad you found us. There is a lot of support and great advice that is given here. If one person has no experience on a matter for sure some one else will. No one will call you such names here. I am sorry to hear your in so much pain. I've had chronic pain almost 5 years now and I know it can wear you down and drain your spirit. I hope you'll stick around and meet every one here. Just about everything goes on here. A wide variety of illnesses and disabilities. Feel free to ask questions, they always get answered. Also if your needing to talk to some on there are chat forums. Just go to community and find the chat rooms. General Forum is the room most go into.Good Luck to you.
Welcome! I can relate to the chronic pain. I have had 7 spine surgeries, tried all of the usual things to help with pain. Now I just live with it (with meds of course). My biggest complaint is sleep. I only sleep 2 or 3 hours until pain has me awake again. That said, I just deal with it and make the best of my life and limitations and try to keep a good attitude (somedays that's easier than others). I have a good life and know it could be much worse.

wow, unexpected, feel so welcome, thank you!
Hello Nadi,
welcome to Disaboom.

Hi Nadi - welcome.
Welcome to Disaboom Nadi!
I found this site a few months ago and I have found so much support and encouragement and understanding here that I don't know how I did without it! I have many new friends now who e-mail quite frequently and have lots of opportunities to just "vent" how I am feeling and knowing that I certainly am not alone, which I was feeling before I found Disaboom.
Hope you find the help and support you need here. There is always someone available to listen and respond. Keep in touch, we do care about how you are doing, even if you're doing really crappy. We all have those days, dear, and some of us it's every day for prolonged periods of time. Chronic pain is no joke and although we try to laugh when we can, we also know you often just need someone there to say they understand because they are in the same boat. I have met the most wonderful and sometimes entertaining people on this site and my life has a whole nother world to it now. God bless Disaboom!
Gentle Hugs,
Maggie
