Hi dog772,
Thank you for the welcome message.
Not understanding the emphasis on 'disabled', 'wheel chair', however,......
'Important?' please explain! A disability is a personal thing, like sexual preferences. It is or can be serious depending on the person and their disability.I am not disabled, really...I consider it just a handicap now that I walk on my own, with a foot/leg brace.Saying just how blessed I am. You have 4 hugh? Sorry to hear that. I think more of us are disabled than care to admit, really. I hope yours are manageable and that you are ok with them. I know you've adjusted somewhat but 'life threatening' is really serious. Maybe you can fill me in sometime.Yes, it is sad that we can't know how each of us suffers and what with. I pray that you live long and prosper.... (smile)

Hi bonnie
Thanks for the warm welcome and support,.....lol since I apparently needed it, already! LOL......
No offense taken by the dogs comments. I hope he feels better, u know? ha.
I have not wanderd around yet or posted a blog but I will. You are so kind. I wont take the credit for being charitable because I did once try to sell the chair to get money to eat, pay my storage fees, etc because I was also homeless for a while. No fault of my own. No longer, tho, cause my father (God) really carries me in his arms. When I found a place to live, I had no need for the chair......or space to keep it. I planned to give it away, however, once on my feet. ha ha.Thanks again bonnie
God bless

Welcome to Disaboom from central NJ. I am also someone that ( gave up the chair) but I have an electric one that I use for getting around outside. I am also a Stroke survivor wearing a foot/leg brace.you need to keep a positive mental attitude ( I try) amd never give up.
