I like a lot of different music, it just all started for me back in 1975 and seeing a picture of Peter Criss (origional drummer for KISS) in a magazine that my sisters boyfriend at the time gave me.. Other than KISS I like Rush, Dio, Sarah Brightman, Tori Amos, Keith Urban, Triumph, Black Sabbath (as long as Ozzy's not singing), never been into Ozzy, Alice Cooper.. The list goes on and on for me music is a major thing..
So, what does everyone else like music wise, Or what do you do for entertainment?
I like rock & roll. I hate disco & rap music. I really don't listen to much music anymore, I just sit here & watch TV.

Latin Pop and classic Rock
I most recently discovered Trance try wikipedia for the definition. Sorry rock n' rollers it's the kind of music you'd hear at a rave. Dancable, mindless music much like the old disco stuff. Since my since stroke dancing is out - as if I could dance before it. And for those times when I want peace and quiet. New Age another new tunes discovery. Instumental - no singing can be quite calming just like fish aquariums. Never thought I like this kind of music - its music that paints a new landscape on the canvass in your mind. Literally ...
I like rave music too. trance, tecno, industral I love that stuff!!
I like the old rock'n'roll and some of the older country. Enjoy instrumental music too.
I like all kinds of music, just not rap, and ozzy isn't all that bad (LOL) he just dosen't know when to put the drugs down is all. It is good to have a good range of music because it broading the horizons and if some ask you have an opinon on it..and you can talk aout the band.
I have an emotional disability. When I get frustrated or sad,(which is just about 10 times a day)I put on my mp3 player. Most of my music is upbeat, to put me into a better mood. I really like gospel, the Beatles, classical, Johnny Cash....you name it!
Check out the Music Genome site - they let you create your own radio station and then play your favorite group or soloist and new acts for you to listen to who are in the same genre. I found it at work but can't remember or find the web site address.
Also try new age artist Isamu Kitjima, Kitaro. And Alice Deejay, Tiesto and Fragma for Trance. And my most disagreable artists Mariah, Celine and other the pop slops. Like Radiohead after an appearance Conan and Josh Groban on Letterman - they are both excellent live as well as soloist.
Hey, looking for some new NAMES here! As an old rocker, turned punk, who loves new age, trance, classical, reggae, dance, just about all music, I still find myself unfamiliar with the current music scene. I can't stand to listen to the radio (top 40), and don't get satellite. So, who are some new artists that people are enjoying these days, in any genre? Would love to know. Thanks, of course.
I like different kinds of music, but my favorite is classic rock. They just don't make songs like they used to.
