    • Hello - I am trying to locate a first floor wheelchair accesible room for my sister-in-law when she goes to San Diego to visit a terminally ill life long friend.  While in San Diego my sister will also be looking for permanent housing for herself and my 100% disabled, wheelchair bound, Viet Name veteran brother-in-law.  Finding this website has given me hope that we might be able learn more about the San Diego disabled community and perhaps find my sister a place to stay

    • I understand the need for accesible housing for when they move there, but confused aboutthe temporary housing needs.  If it's only a vist, wouldn't a hotel fit the needs?  Almost all have accesbile rooms these days.

      BTW, sorry about her friend.

    • Don't bitch about the cards ya got, just play the hand you were dealt.
