i dont know if anyone actually knows this, but what kinds of jobs are there in disability advocacy work that actually pay? It seems to me that the big groups (ADAPT, NDY) are mostly volunteer run. Am I wrong? How hard is it to find a job at an ILC or something of that nature. This may be my calling, but I don't know how to get into the field at all.
THERE ARE ALL KINDS OF WORK OUT THERE FOR THE DISABLED , ONLY YOU KNOW YOUR COMFORT ZONE.... I WAS IN ACCOUNTING FOR 20 YEARS ! WE CAN APPLY FOR ANY JOB WE WANT ! GOOD LUCK RAINEY

I just love it when people don't pay any attention to what I'm asking at all. Probably going into child life, but what I was asking was about the job outlook if I was to decide to stick to disability advocacy instead,
