    • It is also sad the the Bureaucrats here in NC do not see my son with Spina Bifida an developmentally delayed.  He was denied entrance into a program for the mentally retarded and developmentally delayed.  He cannot walk, his hips are not properly formed and he has many other issues - but he is the smartest kid in his class.

That's outrageous! Drop foot is not fun.

    • While drop foot can be caused by many issues, I know that my Dad was able to largely correct it through rigorous back exercises and staying in good shape.  He did not deal with this issue until he was faced with major back surgery, which scared him into exercising regulary for the first time in his life.

Do you have a diagnosis of what caused your drop foot?

      Hang in there!
