MORNING ALL,WELL I WOKE UP & I'M UPRIGHT SO IT'S GONNA BE A GOOD DAY!! I ALSO HAVE FMS,OA,RA,IBS, MIGRAINES & NOW THEY TELL ME I HAVE SJOGRENS SYNDROME TOO! (DRY EYES & MOUTH ECT.) I'M LUCKY, MY SIS HAS ALL ,PLUS PARKINSON'S TOO! SHE'S BEEN HAVING A BAD GO OF IT THIS YR.LIKE PJ SAID THE WARM WATER HELPS! I'M LUCKY ENOUGH TO HAVE A POOL(SOLAR HEATED) SO I'M USING IT A LOT LATELY.I LIVE IN BRADENTON,FL WE'RE ONLY ABOUT 3 MI. TO ANNA MARIE ISLAND.I TRY TO DO WATER EXERCISES EVERY DAY IF I CAN. SOME DAYS I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S CAUSING MY PAIN SINCE I HAVE SO MANY THINGS W/ THE SAME SYMPTOMS? I JUST TRY TO PACE MYSELF & TAKE 1 DAY AT A TIME. SOME DAYS I CAN'T GET OUT OF BED & HAVE TO TAKE EVERY PILL I'M PRESCRIBED. Hi my name is Sandra i also have fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis along with angina,and thankfull for getting over breast cancer, which was a shock last Nov, so glad that is all finished, fingers crossed. i have only just joined so i hope that i am doing things right. I live in the UK, so am looking forward to reading all your messages.

Hi Tootsie and Sandra, I was beginning to think my blog was dead but I guess it isn't. I'm hoping today is going alright for you two. It is raining here so my day is pretty crappy but I'll live. I always make it through with the help of God. Sense I first wrote this the people here have help me realize life goes on and I am part of it. I'm not saying I don't have days I would like to just give up, but alot less of them. My daughter wants me to babysit for her for a few days. I told her I would try Fri. and if I can't do it I will let her know. The big problem is I have to be there at 7:40 in the morning and that is one of the worst times of the day [morning, & night]. I hurt and am very stiff in the mornings. Well enough of the complaining. I hope you are doing well today. Take Care Now and God Bless You Both. Sandy
Hello All,
I am new to this site and came across this thread. I have had fibromyalgia for about 5 years now. I am 29 years old. I've recently found a wonderful rheumatologist and she has been awesome. I'm finally on a treatment program that is working for me. I've started taking Lyrica (working, although very expensive). That has been helping. But recently I've been getting horrible headaches and I'm back to not sleeping so much. So, right now that's my biggest complication and frustration. But, luckily I haven't had a major flare-up in a few months. But, as far as the pain? It's always there. So, I feel for you all. Although I'm able to get out of bed and do my job, I always wonder when the next flare-up will come. It's frustrating, but I find myself planning life around it.
I'm so happy to have some people to talk to about this. I will be checking back soon!
Hi nec1305, I'm Sandy. Welcome to Disaboom! You came to a great site. If you need help or advice about something there is usually someone here who can help you. I wish I knew how I would feel from day to day so I could go back to work. I really don't see any employer giving a job to someone who doesn't know if they can be at work tomorrow or not. Thanks Beck, I have been there and they are very helpful. I have been here sense May 14th and have learnt alot. Thanks for the information though. I am so glad I found this site. I didn't even know how to use a computer until Jan. of this year, so this was the first I have ever belong to a site and I think it is the best.
