  •  Hi Lisa, Welcome! My name is Sandy and I am new here as of last Monday and really enjoy the chat rooms. I am usually in Health Chat or Chat Room #2. I am 50 with fibromalgia and arthritis. I had back surgery last Oct. they fused together Lumbar 3, 4 & 5 and replaced two discs. I join here so I had someone to talk to and they would actually know what pain I am in.   • Hi, Everyone:

    Thanks for your responses! I'm glad to meet everyone...Just to share a little about myself, and to practice a little reciprocity...:)

     

    I use a wheelchair, was diagnosed with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis at the age of 6...Since then, I have had a lot of operations, but I'm OK. Like many of you, I know how to "adapt" and live with pain, sometimes. :)

     

    When I work, my employment background is in the field of vocational rehabilitation counseling.
