Hello, everyone, I'm Wander or Tina if you prefer. I'm a twenty-year-old girl. I'll actually be 21 this September. My disability is that I'm mute and have some hand/arm limitations. It's the result of a disease I got when I was 10. Anyone ever heard of Gilligan Barre? I probably misspelled that. I also have really bad vision. I'm actually legally blind in one eye, but this isn't due to the illness.

 I like to read, write, RP online, watch tv, chat, and I'm trying to learn how to make graphics. I'm currently trying to get my GED so I can go to college. I want to be a psychologist for disabled teens and children.

 That's about it. If you want to know more, just ask.

Hi Wander! Welcome to Disaboom! Glad you are with us! I had a close family friend with Gillian Barre sp? years ago. I also knew a woman who was slowly recovering from it when I was in PT. She was beginning to walk again. It was really exciting to see her progress!   I have MS and since I had a bad fall and herneated a disc in my lower back I have not been walking.

Sounds like you have lots to do and to look forward to! You will meet some really nice people here. It's a great place.

Waves in the air to all and far away!  I have the Three Stooges- I have a 7 year old boy who is hard of hearing HOH for short.  I also have a 3 year old boy and a 1 year old girl! Yeah been a little busy!
