It's the only way I've been able to keep on going and to continue to have hope!Focusing on what you can't do just makes you depressed. That's why I always try to look on the bright side. Most importantly, I tell myself that I am aliveand that's awesome and more than enough to be thankful for!

Emily, I totally agree with you - these tips can also apply to everyone and not just for people with dis abilities.Oh, yeah, definitely!
