nielli:Well, I have tried to write this three times and been bumped off. Oh, dear...one more try. My husband said that one must remember that one can only tip the heffers because we bulls wobble, but we won't fall down. Ha. What I say is that there is one reason to tip a heffer and that is to brand her which we now do with chips...got to watch those chips...they actually can I.D. cattle and follow their migration from field to field. Even can show what cattle got loose on what dangerous road. Anyway, there are two reason for tipping a bull and the first is branding or chipping and the other brings us back to the subject of donor organs. Let me state it plainly, you have to rope them and tie their back legs to keep them down and one man lays on them while the young bull makes his organ donation. Wasn't that put nice'ly. Funny Cartoon...I needed that. Ha. Ni

As for being an organ donor...HELL NO! Didn't you see the movie Bloodwork with Clint Eastwood?!?!?! Hospitals will part you out like a junk car...except the going price for just a kidney is $30,000...on the black market...(hello New Orleans)...you are not allowed to sell your organs on a "white" market. Which, by the way, I think should be optional....
Recently read a story "I feel good for a dead person" of a kid whose parents signed for him to be a donor and the "harvesters" were on their way, but his cousin, a nurse, found that he was responding to external stimulus....he made a full recovery.
Many years ago my brother was in a car accident and my mother would not sign for him to be a donor...so they kept him for 6 months and milked Medicaid for all it was worth, unnecessary neurosurgerey, experimental drugs, took his O- blood everyday and then had to treat him for anemia....while a good friend of mine's brother was in an accident and her young buck brother, not a mark on him, was designated as an organ donor. He died that night. Allegedly.
