Let's say I had to hire someone. I have two candidates.
One party has a long record of demonstrated failed policies after another,a dismal failure on virtually everything. They left their old employer in a mess.
The other party has a somehat shorter record but does has demonstrated a pattern of honest hard work, dedication, and who is eager to work (for the "little" people) and to do what it takes to get the job done.
Do I hire the well -known BAD record?
or
Do I hire the lesser known GOOD record?
You decide.

I liked the disability link and what both parties have to say. Very informative! Both parties have good points about issues but weigh the apples with apples and bananas with bananas. Where does the vote go for ones most personal and most valued issues that is closest in relation to who you are? That's who I'm going to vote for this November.
The other post which I quoted you as saying, is just ludacris! John MaCain and/or Sarah Palin are barely Favorited by the Republican Party because they are not anything like what you're describing them to be a party of. Their histories are documented on how they voted on every issue for the "little" people and let me say it now, they are the Reformed Republicans. Both are "Mavericks" Labeled by both parties with their own ideas apart from the Party Ticket. You say for your Democratic party argument "Whatever it takes?" Does that include Lying?, Cheating?, Flipflopping? I already went through 8 years of the Clinton Whitehouse and had to deal with the young buck getting serviced in the oval office and impeachment proceedings. Let's see how the meeting goes with Bill and Barack...

Oh no, here comes the mud, again.
If Clinton got his jolly's off, it didn't affect my wallet at all. That's more than I can say for Bush and his actions.

This thread is about "no sell for me." and a summary of why. I didn't start the mudd-slinging here! I've been responding to whomever started this post. I'm not that bold!
Your quotes:

Hyppocrite!

What's YOUR definition of a Hypocrite?
I was stating a fact about Bush leaving this country in a mess.
Who are you talking about?

Bush leaving the country in a mess? That is not even a fact! The Government including Democats and Republicans both did it! The Idea behind all of this now is who do we trust to fix the mess? I trust McCain/Palin 2008. Their campaign covers both issues that being Experienced and Lesser experienced and covers (Good Intentions) for the "little" people and everyone else too. Spin this statement all you want!
You don't know what I meant saying Hipocrite? You want Websters version or Wikipedias? Nevermind. Here's both.
Websters Dictionary version-
Hypocrite-Main Entry: hyp·o·crite Pronunciation: \ˈhi-pə-ˌkrit\ Function: noun Etymology: Middle English ypocrite, from Anglo-French, from Late Latin hypocrita, from Greek hypokritēs actor, hypocrite, from hypokrinesthai Date: 13th century 1 : a person who puts on a false appearance of virtue or religion 2 : a person who acts in contradiction to his or her stated beliefs or feelings — hypocrite adjective
For the definition directly replying to this thread, I went with Definition #2.
Wikipedia clearly states what it means too---
Hipocricy Hypocrisy (or the state of being a hypocrite) is the act of preaching a certain belief or way of life, but not, in fact, holding these same virtues oneself. For example, an adult telling children not to smoke cigarettes, even though the adult smokes. Hypocrisy is frequently invoked as an accusation in many contexts.
Hypocrisy and moralityHypocrisy has been described, alongside lack of sincerity, as a characteristic which attracts particular opprobrium in the modern age. [9]Many belief systems condemn behaviours related to hypocrisy. In some translations of the Book of Job, the Hebrew word chaneph is rendered as "hypocrite," though it usually means "godless" or "profane." In the Christian Bible, Jesus condemns the scribes and Pharisees as hypocrites in the passage known as the Woes of the Pharisees. [10] In the Buddhist text Dhammapada, Gautama Buddha condemns a man who takes the appearance of an ascetic but is full of passions within.[11] In Islam, the Qur'an rails against the munafiq - those who claim to be believers and peacemakers but are not. I'm back to reviewing the statement to confirm that you are describing both parties in the question because it does contain the terms long records and short records, good and bad. Confirming both parties Democrats and Republicans. Both have long term and short term candidates with long and short term records so my question back is which one in particular do you say is the (Good) Candidate? they come in pairs! McCain/Palin or Obama/Biden. I'd hire McCain/Palin because they cover both bases for lesser known good record and know who the bad record people are as well. Obama/Biden carries a bad record from Biden being a known plagiarist(cheater, liar) in law school and Obama has no experience to Govern also I know from their records how they voted on issues. So I'll say again, McCain/Palin is the best change I see in the future and I know how McCain voted on issues and Palin has short experience Governing as well and believe they will solve our little "hiring problem". "Let's say I had to hire someone. I have two candidates.
