Liesl: unrepentantpigsnatcher:Cindy McCain was wearing it at the GOP convention. "Vanity Fair editors estimated that McCain's fierce saffron shirt dress with the popped collar, diamond earrings, four-strand pearl necklace, white Chanel watch and strappy shoes totaled up to $313,100." Holy crap. I thought I had expensive taste! Though I must say, I don't begrudge anyone who can afford it nice things. I'd be decked out in head to toe couture if I could. And I'd look fabulous.

LOL Liesl I was just highlighting the chasm between the haves and the have nots that the GOP seems to not be willing to accept is actually an issue. What was it Marie Antioinette said before she lost her head, let them wear Oscar De LaRenta? Wait no, it was let them eat cake..........I don't begrudge you your pretties but for me a Sturgis t shirt, comfy jeans and hiking sandals will do fine.
