  • With PPS it is important to take frequent rest breaks. Music helps while resting.

     I've found XM radio and Rhapsody.com to be good for me. There is a nice free source of legal music downloads, if you don't mind advertisements during downloads. The service is www.spiralfrog.com. I heard about it on Microsoft.com.

    I've given up entirely on AM/FM and HD radio due to gross oversaturation with commercials. iPods are cool, but the earbuds need some work, maybe like a bluetooth.

  • Al, You are so right about the rest time being so important. The doctors say a short 30 minute nap is what we need. Well that does not exactly work for me any longer, if I fall asleep I am usually sleeping for at least for 2 hours. So my days are much shorter but it does make me feel better. Tale Care, Linda

  •  sweet al , i am still learning slowly , i do have my days where i need a tewnty naps and i know longer fight it .......... just one day at a time .......keep in touch   rainey xo
