Hi Chairman, Hope you don't mind but ex husband an aka so I thought I would chip in here today. The pouch type briefs made of cotton Calvin Klein do some. They're were the preferred choice because it allowed that 'extra freedom' for those potentially embarrassing moments and at the same time kept everything from crunching up in the groin area. Try to get the close fitting ones is my advice. They are indeed a bit like the short cycling shorts type. And if this don't work...try the thong. It's irritating when you very first put one on (speaking from female experience obviously!) and then like most things next to your skin, once you've had it on a few minutes and just got on with things, you just don't notice it any more...but again...go for the pouch ones, it gives more material for the dangly bits!! I too am in a wheelchair 24/7...trust me here....you get used to it!!
Hope this helps, take care

I rarely wear underwear... when I do, it's usually something very interesting... I keeps the women happy.
Have you tried going commando?

I went commando the other day for first time - felt great. Is there a hoist/sllng (UK) setup to support my upperbody and allow my lower half to dangle so putting trousers and more importantly underwear on is more natural as things would hang and fall into place as nature intended.
TIA

Try a site called www.undergear.com. They have some great underwear from briefs to "pockets". I know straight and gay men that wear many different styles of underwear,. I say find what feels good to you then tell the SO that you are just styling sexy for them...lol. Good luck.

Satin boxers should do the trick. They are like silk, except they dont fall apart in the wash, and they also don't bunch nearly as bad as cotton. Satin is very smooth and slick, so they are fairly easy to adjust with a little wiggle (or big wiggle, depending on your wiggleing preference).
Hope it helps,
Charles
