    • Hey, I've got a question for anyone who's had to have knee surgery to remove cartelige from your joints to unfreeze them:

if you're still ambulatory enough to transfer yourself or change the position of your legs, does it make matters better or wose?

My knees aren't stuck at a 90 degree angle, but lately it's been consistently painful to either bend them past the angle they're at all day when I get tired of my footrests, or to straighten them out all the way.  I haven't had it medically evaluated, but I'm fairly certain that's the cause.
