Is your April 3 case a private civil suit regarding ADA violations? When I filed an ADA complaint with the US Dept of Justice, I did not need a lawyer. Are you looking for case law concerning the ADA? or what?

Hello,
Even if you are going against the whole state of Iowa, that would still be considered a private lawsuit. I would recommend contacting the Iowa Statewide Independent Living Council. www.iowasilc.org
From there you will be able to find the center that is closest to you. They perhaps will have a list of attorneys that are familiar with handling disability discrimination.
