    • Anyone have experience with either or both of these? I'm trying to figure out which one to get. The Eagle has extra wheels for switching to a companion chair... not something i need, but i like that the seat pad comes as a solid unit with the removable insert. The Invacare seems fine, I just would prefer the solid seat to transfer to. any thoughts? There are great prices on eBay for these-- far less than any of the med or supply house websites. Thanks! Akua

    • We sell both models and have gotten great reviews on either one, but the Eagle shower wheelchair seems to be the better deal when you consider what you are getting for the price. We sell shower chairs, transfer benches, and transport chairs from Eagle and are very happy with the quality of each.

    • I can't speak about the shower chair, but I know Barry at Eagle (I'm assuming he's still there! *LOL*) and he's a great guy. If you ever have questions or problems, he's always willing to help people with their equipment. Super service. (A couple of years ago at Nationals, I needed an air in my son's racer tires - not an Eagle at the time - but he didn't hesitate to help us. He's a sweet guy. And his equipment is great. (I want one of his titanium daily chairs for my son, but Medicaid won't pay for one of his.) And his throwing chairs and basketball chairs are great. (We have used his throwing and b-ball chairs for my son.)

    • Thank you both so much for your prompt and generous replies! I am leaning toward the Eagle because of theadjustable pad.... i was just deterred by those extra wheels.... Akua
