  • Hi Natalie, I have arthritis, fibromyalgia so maybe I can answer some questions of yours and you can answer some of mine. I am 50 yrs old. I also had surgery on my back last Oct. they fused Lumbar 3, 4, & 5 together and put two new discs in . Hope to hear from you soon. Later Sandy
