    • I am asking for any info anyone might have on using glutithione for Autism.  My friends 3 years old son is autistic and with the doctors approval is giving him a small suppliment of a very high quality brand.  He has already seen some changes and is keeping records.  He has a medical and herbal background.  My friend just got the diagnosis of his sone.  If he gets consistant good result I'm sure he will make it known.  So has anybody heard anything about it being used in autism.  If it works for his son it could be good I assume for many disabilities,   Will Keep you posted,   PS I've been told there is a study starting in January with 50 subjects on the improvement using glutithione for autism.  A precurser of glutithione is in MA+    You mix it with juice or water .  A friend of mine is using it on his son and in two weeks saw improvements.

Goodman age 55,upstate New York dyslexic but big problem is that do to a 2am night shift, after a year and a half I was really sick from light and sleep deprivation and developed a mood disorder and then 5 years ago was attacked and still suffer from PTSD. Developed sleep apnea and now take med ication for that to. On the outside I seem perfectly well. So my disability is hidden but it has affected me socially because I'd just as soon be alone but they warned me that is not good so I force myself out. But rarely enjoy it. My mood disorder is organic and I suffer from severe depression even when things are going well but medication and therapy have helped. When I tell them that I was attacked there seem to be some compassion but best of all I don't get question why I am on workers comp...it happened at work, I'm still struggling to get back more of me and it is slowly coming. I always need hope. I live on hope. I've been getting good results from a highly potent liquid vit/min suppliment with 65 trace elements and even more for just $19.95. Its a miracle someone told me about it. By day three I felt different. Here is the site if you want to check it out,it even has 16 pages of the physicians desk reference. If you want it DON't pay retail just order the wholesale and you even get a free website but you don't have to sell. I just tell my friends what it has done for me and another friend and they check it out. Its up to you .....no selling here just info www.shopGBG.com/gailgoodman

      Hi ZGail,

Welcome! You've been through alot (read your bio)...it's really kind that you're helping your friend by gathering some information. Are they also combining these treatment with behavioral therapy? Family therapy? I know it may be more difficult to pluck out which affects his improvement the most but it may be worth it to see the enhanced functioning that I think doing both would provide.

    • I am directly not eating any gluten/yeast in order to heal my disability!!!

I know it sounds odd, but it is helping my aspergers!

    • If a tree falls in a forest and there is no one there to hear it does it still make a sound?

    • hi joel, it doesn't sound odd to me. i read some of jenny mcarthys book[she is so awesome by the way i love her]. she was mentioning about this too. i have been a vegetarian for 30 yrs and i totally believe the right nutrition can help change so many things in our bodies. it's to find the right foods for the right problems. i'm glad that you found that. it makes me wonder if it is good for all of us to not eat gluten and yeast?are you finding it difficult to eat that way?

    • Hi Joel. gluten has nothing to do with glutithion which is actually manufactored by our own bodies and is the bodies strongest antioxidant.  What you actually do is take a precurser to the glutithion and with that the body can make its own glutithion.  Its got to be made in the body not just added because it can't pass the blood brain barrier.  So you take the MA+ glutithion percurser and it can make it in the brain.  Thats where a lot of our disabilities start.  Think about it.  I also happen to be a biologist so I'm always searching for things to help. If you go to my site it also covers MA+ which is the finest precurser package you can buy  Its live so its a powder you activate with water.  Now something like this would most probably help you.:

      Sincerely,Gail S. Goodman

I have 3 kids with autism.  So I am skeptical to people attempting to "sell" me anything, especially if they are making any compensation whtatsoever!  So if this helps, it will be good to know.  If it is another way for some company to make a quick dollar, then shame on you....

    • I rep for theGBG Wellness company because I tired the GBG liquid multiformula and got results in 2 weeks.  All my dizzy spells were gone, I was more alert with energy and the night time leg twitching stopped..Whatever I had been deficient in the GBG took care of it.  A friend with ADD saw improvement in 13 days and Bruces' painful knees are now pain free.  I just got off the phone with a womam with fibromilagia and she is feeling better.  I get a few dollars per sale but obviously I get a lot more from helping people.  I'm a disaboomer myself on meds and when I find something natural that works its exciting and I want to share it.

Regarding the glutithion.  GBG does not sell glutithione but rather the precursers(needed chemical ingredients)that the body then takes and makes the glutithion itself.  Which is the bodies strongest antioxident.  Glutithione doesn't pass thru the blood/brain barrier.  So you take the MA+ product of high grade precurser and they can enter the brain where the body converts it into glutithion.  A friend of mine has been using MA+for his 3 years old autistic son and has reported an increase in attention span.  In January there is a study being held on glutithion for autism.  The MA+ can be used by anyone.

    • Hi there.  I am an adult with Asperger's.  I began the gluten-free, casein-free diet three months ago.  I began taking glutathione (I assume that's what you mean by "glutithion") about 6 weeks ago.  I can tell that it's helping my body to clean itself out.  It's job is to help the body rid itself of toxins and heavy metals, and us autistics are naturally low in it.  So, I take some to help my body do what it should've been doing all along.  I can see the benefit of taking it's precursor, but I didn't know where to find that.  I'm getting my glutathione from an online company, so I'll have to see and see if they have the precursor you were talking about.  But I am having good results from teh glutathione.  I learned about it from PhilCommander on YouTube: http://youtube.com/watch?v=73jHe0gm7KQ.  He's talking about the IV's, and I take a capsule, but it was enough of a lesson to help me learn more.

I talk about glutathione in an online book last month (took all month!) called: "The Physical Aspects of Asperger's Syndrome."  I'm not trying sell anything, I make no money from anything.  I wrote this because my Aspie group in town asked me to teach them about the diet and supplements and other things I've learned in how to care for an Asperger's body.   I taught them at our meeting February 3rd, one week ago.  I wrote the online version, which is thorough and full of information, so that they could refer to the information at home.  It talks about supplements, vitamins, amino acids, and glutathione, all things that autistics are low in, talks about the GFCF diet and why, and talks about problems with vision, comfort, hearing, and other sensitivites.  Again, I'm not selling, I do not benefit at all if you come and see my book, I just wanted to tell someone about it other than my local group who I gave it to last week.  I am hoping that this information that took me decades to learn can be of help to others with Asperger's-related health issues like me.  I have literally dozens of things wrong with me, and it's a lot to deal with, and I've spent my whole life trying to live in this body and get everything to work.  I'm glad that I had the chance to finally write it all down and hopefully share it with others.  I hope that they can get healthy faster than me, since I had to figure it all out piece by piece.  Well, if you're interested, the table of contents, which links to the online articles, is here:  http://www.blueginger.org/physicalautism.html.

By the way, hi Debbie!  I know it's been a long time since we chatted.  I was busy writing that book.  Glad to see this site is growing and doing well!
