Just the posts on here.  No one who actually knows me would bother to send raciest materials.

What do I think?  I think that we as a nation need to start evaluating our candidates by two criteria.  Who has the policies most likely to be beneficial to ourselves and our nation?  And who seems most likely to be able to follow through on these policies?

But the fact that there are racist e-mails circulating tells me that racisim is far from gone in this country.  And that does sadden me.

I've gotten several racist emails and now I am hearing about Disaboom members receiving racist emails from another member. It seems so ridiculously stupid to me. Yes, stupid.

Are these through the PM system or through regular e-mail?  If it's through PM, I would think it would be reportable as a TOS violation.

I haven't gotten the Disaboom emails, but I've gotten lots of Obama emails. 

Barak Obama was out jogging one morning along the parkway when he tripped, fell over the bridge railing and landed in the creek below.

Before the Secret Service guys could get to him, 3 kids who were fishing pulled him out of the water.
He was so grateful he offered the kids whatever they wanted.

The first kid said, 'I want to go to Disneyland'. Barak said, 'No problem, I'll take you there on my special Senator's airplane.'

The second kid said, 'I want a new pair of Nike Air Jordan 's shoes.' Barak said, 'I'll get them for you and even
have Michael Jordan sign them!'
The third kid said, ' I want a motorized wheelchair with a built in TV and stereo headset!' Barak was a little perplexed by this and said, 'But you don't look like you're handicapped?'

The kid said, 'I'm NOT, but I will be after my dad finds out I saved your ass from drowning!'!

Not sure. Really, I shouldn't have mentioned it without direct proof. But if it is true, I hope it is reported.

 This is disgusting.  I don't plan on voting for Obama but it has nothing to do with his race. The fact that people would judge someone merely on their skin color, or anything that makes them different from themselves shows such a profound ignorance I can't fathom it.  This racism garbage merely detracts from what's important.  We should be deciding our canadates on their qualifications, their values, their ideals and whether or not those more closely match our own.  I hope if this was sent by a Disaboom member that they are banned.  We have a hard enough time dealing with being treated differently by the world at large as disabled people, why should be project the same prejudice people show against us?
