Okay okay, soooo although this week went quickly for me due to it being the first week back in class, I REAAAALLLLY miss signing and am in HIGH need of someone with whom to sign. SOOOO...I am just going to invite any and all to sign with me this Tuesday, 1/15, at 7:00pm PST. I have AIM and Windows Live Messenger, so feel free to email me for those contacts. But I would love to sign with anyone. If you don't have any experience or are a certified ASL interpreter. I hope someone will join me in signing Tuesday or if you want to find a time before, afterward, or make it a regular affair, please let me know! THANKS and I look forward to signing with anyone, only requirement is a half-way decent webcam! ;)

I was asleep at 10 PM EST but wanted to know how it went? Any takers and was the video good enough? I can sign phrases if I have Fant's phrase book in front of me but I am no good at you signing back to me; I still have trouble "seeing" simply letters "backwards."
The Deaf Chat Coffee folks and church's ASL classes have been a blessing to me but I'll admit, I don't know if my failing "smarts center" in the "grey matter" is going to ever catch on. I rely heavily on the huh, huh, huh verbally spoke word of the simple hand and fingers of the right hand making a "U Turn" motion over to the left palm with a puzzled facial expression. Too many times for most folks.
