The donor-supported ALS Therapy Development Institute (ALS TDI) works to find a cure for ALS in the world’s largest ALS research center.
The Goals of the ALS TDI
The stated vision of the ALS TDI is to help create “A future where treatments are developed for diseases based on their ability to save and improve human lives, not their potential to make profit.”
The ALS TDI was the world’s first nonprofit biotechnology company and is the only nonprofit research foundation solely focused on curing ALS with its own research program and laboratory. ALS TDI also collaborates with multiple academic labs and leading biotech organizations to ensure that the most comprehensive research is being conducted.
