About Me

I'm 24 and live in Atlanta, GA. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia about 10 years ago, as well as IBS. I've had a rough time with it pretty much my whole life, bouncing from one doctor to another, without any of them really helping me. I worked my way through a junior college so I could get me grades up to go to a decent college and get accepted into the Fashion Merchandising program at UGA. But, now the Fibro has gotten so bad that I had to withdrawl, which really sucked because I was so looking forward to it. I even had to quit my job which I really liked because I've basically become house bound. It's nice to meet other people who understand what I'm going through, so I don't feel quite so alone anymore. The few others I have met that have Fibro, have had such a light case of it that they don't belive how bad it can really get and that makes me so mad. Just cause they don't have it bad, doesn't mean that we can't. Sorry, I'm rambling, but that's pretty much most of my story. Not very interesting, I know, but there's not much more to say.
