About Me

I moved to Denver, Colorado in mid-2006 after graduating from the University of Kansas. I love to snowboard, write, listen to music, play with my dog Jack, cheer on my Kansas Jayhawks, and go to concerts. I discovered Disaboom in December 2007 after I was diagnosed with MS the month before. I was seeking inclusive disability-based communities so I could learn from others living with the disease. I have found the information here to be extremely helpful and I enjoy the community immensely!
