About Me

I was born and raised in California. After High School I became a Firefighter/Paramedic. I later went into the military as a medic. In 2002 I became a paraplegic. Without going into the details (which are hard to talk about), it was related to my military service. Two years ago I was diagnosed with MS. But, Hey life goes on. I volunteer at the Spinal Cord Injury Center at the Dallas VA Hospital. My Service dog "TAZ" is a big help for me and is a favorite at the VA hospital. I am single and honestly "gun shy" about getting back out to the dating scene. It's not that I don't want to, I just can't seem to find my way out there. I DO plan on adopting a 5-6 year old boy. I look forward to raising & teaching the son I adopt all of the things that my Mom & Dad taught me. I was adopted and have the BEST parents in the world My interests include fishing, Collecting and researching medals.
