About Me

I am 48 years old,I had a stroke in 2006;I am learning to walk again and use my left hand more fully;I have my speech,memory and cognition so I can communicate; I am from Santa monica, California but am living with my family temporarily in New Jersey;I was an avid runner and completed in the NYCand London marathons; I look to use oroducts that allow me to be Independent and do things for myself and by myself; I have come to accept that I have to do things differently now, but that I can still do many of the things that I did when I was healthy!
